The Anxiety Dtox program has been a game changer for me. The program taught me about what my anxiety was, and provided me with amazing tool kit + strategies to properly deal with it. The program will require work and patience, but in several weeks I have seen a significant improvement in my confidence level and a major decrease in my anxiety. I feel the program also helped me to understand that I am not alone and there is a process that can help heal my nervous system. Machandel, First of all I want to just give you a big thank you and if I could give you a big hug I would. After having access to your program for over two months now it has made such a drastic change in my life. Prior to finding your program and contacting you I was struggling with daily panic attacks, sometimes even multiple times in a day. It was dreadful. I also want to mention that I am very busy, and at times I could only manage to squeeze in the daily breathwork (which takes five minutes), but I feel great as it is. I still have access to the program, and will probably go through it again from the beginning to incorporate more of the steps. I just want to say that it’s been life-changing for me overall. I haven’t had a panic attack in weeks and I don’t even think about them when I get in the car anymore, which is when I would usually have them. I am forever grateful to you and this workshop.

It’s been over a year since I took the Anxiety Dtox workshop, and I haven’t had a panic attack since! Prior to taking the workshop my biggest trigger was being stuck in dead-stop traffic (and I live in Los Angeles). Along with elevators, being on boats, driving between mountains, -- any situation where I felt stuck with no exit. These situations would escalate my anxiety so severely that at times I even had to get out of my car in the middle of the freeway and ask the other drivers to please allow my car a path to the shoulder, so I could at least catch my breath. I sought help from three different therapists to address this issue, and while they had some helpful tips, my panic attacks persisted. In March of 2023 I decided to invest in the Anxiety Dtox workshop. Around 18 days in, I discovered I could sit in dead-stop traffic, and feel completely fine! I was absolutely amazed! I could not believe how much progress I had made using the tools this workshop provided. I've worked the 5 minutes of breathwork into my daily routine, and it has completely changed my life. Taking this workshop for the past 21 days has been so helpful and enlightening. Doing the breath work everyday for only 5 minutes, and the techniques to cope with your anxiety/stress is so easy! It’s amazing how effective they are. Things in the news/politics would give me anxiety, it always made me feel so unsafe. I now know to be more mindful of what information I take in, so it doesn't cause me anxiety. I now feel like I have such a better understanding of why I have anxiety, and I have the tools to face it when it comes. What a wonderful workshop! To be honest, I wasn’t sure how much I could learn from this because I’ve been working on my anxiety for years, but I learned so much. Machandel kept everything so genuine, honest, and from her own experience. It made me feel incredibly safe and supported. I will absolutely be using these tools in my everyday life, as Machandel stresses the importance of using most of these tools as preventative measures. This is something very important to me as well, because my built up anxiety lead to overwhelming feelings and depressive spells. After the 21 days, I feel clear, light, and more capable of handling the stressors in my life without the unnecessary stress. She knows what she’s talking about, because she has done the work on herself. It was such a pleasure learning from her!

This was such a gift! Breathwork is something that I’ve practiced on and off for a couple years now but never consistently like I did for this 21 day detox. Doing it consistently for the 21 days has brought so many benefits to my everyday life. I don’t think I have a better way of describing how I’ve been feeling other than GOOD. Nothing feels too intense or crazy in my everyday life anymore. My daily mindset has been great since doing this detox and the breathwork is something I’m absolutely going to continue doing. This workshop has also taught me to be to be very mindful of things that were causing me more stress & anxiety than I was aware of prior. Overall 12/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone struggling with anxiety.

I really enjoyed taking this workshop, and my anxiety/stress levels have drastically improved. The weekly sessions were engaging and informative and always left me thinking about how I navigate different aspects of my life. I've incorporated certain upkeep-hacks  into my regular life to make sure my nervous system and mental health stay on track. One unexpected perk I've noticed from doing the breathwork each day is that my breathing has improved while running and working out! Overall I had a great experience with the tools and concepts provided in this course.
