About Me
Hi, I’m Machandel (pronounced Ma-han-del).
Up until a couple years ago, anxiety was a huge part of my everyday life. I had panic attacks, constant tightness in my chest, a racing mind, intrusive thoughts, I could barely eat or sleep, and the list goes on. Before healing my nervous system, I didn't know life could be easy to enjoy. I constantly felt trapped, nervous and on edge.
Today, I live completely free from anxiety and panic attacks, and getting to where I am today has honestly been my greatest accomplishment. Life is always going to present challenges, stressors, triggers and reasons to worry, but we can get to a place where we feel confident in our ability to navigate them. Healing the nervous system means getting our body to a place where it doesn't overreact to the world around us, and daily stressors start to feel quick and insignificant rather than huge and insurmountable.


Living life without anxiety has allowed me to interact with the world in a more loving and joyful way, rather than constantly scanning my surroundings for danger. Colors seem brighter. People seem kinder. Most of all, now I feel that I can share my gifts and strengths with the world in a way that I never could before, and I want that for you, too.
Everything that I’ve implemented in my own life is included in my Anxiety Dtox workshop. It’s the formula I wish I had when I was struggling, and the formula I still use today. The workshop is structured in a way that's slow and gradual, so that it never feels like too much for your nervous system to handle at once. The goal is to achieve long-lasting, transformative results, and this workshop is designed to gently guide you every step of the way
