What a wonderful workshop! To be honest, I wasn’t sure how much I could learn from this because I’ve been working on my anxiety for years, but I learned so much. This was such a gift! Breathwork is something that I’ve practiced on and off for a couple years now but never consistently like I did for this 21 day detox. Doing it consistently for the 21 days has brought so many benefits to my everyday life. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s helping control/regulate my nervous system, but I don’t think I have a better way of describing how I’ve been feeling other than GOOD. I feel so leveled and regulated. Nothing feels too intense or crazy in my everyday life anymore. I feel like I just have a great mindset since doing this detox and the breathwork is something I’m absolutely going to continue doing. This workshop has also taught me to be to be very mindful of things that were causing me more stress & anxious feelings than I noticed previously. It's been a few months since I completed the AnxietyDtox course, and I can say that it has helped me a lot. Life hasn't gotten easier or anything but I feel like I am more prepared to face anything that comes my way. This is because of the techniques I learned in the course that have enabled me to bounce back quicker whenever I am feeling anxious. Just last weekend, I used breathing exercises to decrease my anxiety when my flight got hit with turbulence.
